2/1/2004 - McG announces plans to celebrate NCT 2004 in China. "It is time we take this celebration to new cultures everywhere. I am saddened that I will not be with my following on our historic 10th anniversary. In an age of globalization, I must make this pilgrimmage." McG has this to say on the Cheesesteak scene in Beijing, "I'll probably have to eat at McD's. The sacrifices I am making."

7/21/2006 - Co-founder of Pat's Steaks, Harry Olivieri, died at the age of 90.

3/4/2009 - Founding Fathers TGold and McG meet to enjoy Cheesesteaks in Philadelphia. The two discuss the state of NCT and decided to start a Facebook group.
